Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapists (OT) educate and train clients on how to use effectively specialized rehabilitation techniques and equipment to improve their ability in performing fundamental daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and simple household chores.

The main emphasis is given on incorporating different ways for the clients to perform the aforementioned tasks in addition to strengthen their function lost in illness or injury. The ultimate goal is to assist the clients in reaching the highest level possible based on their existing state of health.

Finally, they provide recommendations and improve the home environment to support the clients achieve full independence.
